Petit Scale Characteristics

• Lightweight / Compact Designed. Takes up little space in your factory. Layout change is easy with Petit Scale.

• Page switchover and setting of various parameters are also easy.

• Switchover or combination between Quantity Counting and Weight Calculation is easily conducted.

• High speed processing can be performed up to 400pack/min at maximum with proper line configurations.

• Accuracy：0.1g ～ 50.0g

• Materials (works) are fed though its revolving pipe feeder. Quite different from a conventional vibrator type, fewer materials stick to the inside of the pipe over time, and so the quantity of flow is more stable. This system has improved yield and the weighing accuracy.

• All the works-contact parts can be detached without any tools.

• Every parts can be washed hygienically. No worry for any contamination.

• Detachment of these parts are easy：upper hopper, pipe-feeder, lower-feeder, weighing bucket, discharge chute and other parts.

• With a single unit of Petit Scale, various types of materials can be weighed. (Mixed Weighing / Multiple Line Models are also available.)

• If you increase the number of pipes to be connected, your Petit Scale will become a weighing system (weighing unit) with the same configurations as Computer Scale. Furthermore, far fewer parts are used.

• A quantity counting function is added to the high-speed & high-performance weighing system(weighing unit).
• With its tip parts replacement, Petit Scale adjusts to weigh soft capsules or tablets.
• Switchover or combination between Quantity Counting and Weight Calculation is easily conducted.

• Counted quantity, average values and other data are indicated on the touch panel.

• All the production data are saved for your convenient tractability.

• All the data are stored in files and also saved into your USB flash drive with the time information. Those data can be compiled with commonly available spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft Excel)
