A high-speed, high-function calculation unit adds the function of unit counting! Can count anywhere from 1 to a large number of units!

As the pipe feeder rotates, the works are uniformly lined up, and released from the special output one at a time. The materials output from the pipe are count as they overlap with a sensor, and output is ceased when a set number is reached.

Type 1. Count type: Counts units accurately from 1 unit

Can count each 1 unit. Ideal for when there are differences in weight of each unit.

Advantages

Can count a set number of units with one pipe and one basket. To increase production ability, the number of pipes and buckets can be increased.
Because it is equipped with a load cell, removing the counting parts allows it to measure weight in the same was as a normal Petit Scale.
After the count, the weight contained in the bucket can be recorded. (However, it requires time to judge the weight).

Type 2．Hybrid type: Counts a large quantity of units accurately

Can count a large quantity of units, for when there are no differences in weight between units.

Advantages

When using two modules, one can judge units by weight, while the other is used as a counting type. One module can use the load cell to measure the weight of 95% of the units, and judge the number from this weight. The other module can then count and discharge all the remaining units.
